Belbrae House, Belbrae (06/2017 - Designed)

We were approached to do a design for an Alterations & Addition project to an existing residence. The aim was to improve the layout, flow of the house and enlarge the habitable floor space for the family. The design was to incorporate solar passive design principles and respond to the rural coastal setting that Bellbrae has to offer; Rural Australian greenery close to the coast.
