The Elsternwick House, Elsternwick (07/2007 - 02/2008)

The design was for Alterations and Additions to an existing residence.    The design will impart a modern contemporary style to the existing dwelling and enable the residents to enjoy the benefits of open floorplan Living.

Large and open flowing space for practical furniture layouts. Amenities shall include an open or slow combustion wood fireplace, internal woodbox and entertainment facilities integrated into the design.  Living space to connect visually to a paved outdoor terrace/entertaining area to the North.  Access to the terrace from the Living shall be via a commercial bi-fold or sliding door system.  Ensure the opening has suitable weather protection and that the Living has suitable North and West solar screening
