Heritage Revamp, Richmond (06/2007 - 11/2008)
Architectural services for Alterations and Additions to the rear of a Victorian Terrace style single storey residential dwelling built between 1870 and 1890. We created an open floorplan living to the rear of level 1 and construct a second level addition with Master Bedroom, Ensuite, Powder Room, Study and 2nd Bedroom.
External materials include rendered blockwork, painted timber weatherboard, horizontal anodized aluminium screens, and colourbond cladding, roof and gutters, dp’s. The colours chosen will enhance the connection between the existing dwelling and modern contemporary addition while the Architectural style cannot be confused with the existing fabric.
