HuPa, WA (in-progress) 

This customised 4 Bedroom modular pavilion has been designed to suit a unique site in Western Australia, which has large Eucalyptus trees within the street setback.

An L-shaped floor plan enables the Living and Rumpus spaces to open to a generous central West facing deck; the perfect place to enjoy the afternoon and watch the sunset. A North facing deck is also provided off the family area, with the Master Bedroom also opening to this outdoor space overlooking the rear garden.

Each Human Pavilion is carefully designed to be spatially efficient and lower overall build costs. Generous eaves and appropriate orientation imbue our homes with solar passive design principles, keeping them cool in Summer and warm in Winter.

The structural frame for each home is designed to be supplied in a kit format, ready for fast erection on site. Recycled timber flooring, ceilings, wall linings, and windows/doors can also be included as part of a more comprehensive package.

Options for external cladding include Colorbond mini orb or compressed sheet. Internal walls and ceilings can be lined in either recycled Oregon or plaster. Paint colours, stains and textures can be customised to suit each owner.
