Angahook House
Angahook House, Anglesea (02/2012 - Designed)
Design for a new Residential Dwelling that was on a gently sloping site with native grasses and existing vegetation. We had designed the home to sit behind the existing trees at the front of the site to preserve and enhance the low-density coastal character of Anglesea and retain the sense of houses in a bush setting. The design had also been elevated to get a view through to the Open Woodland beyond from the Streetscape and retained a sense of openness not only aside but also under the dwelling.
The existing trees were to be retained to offer the Master Bedroom privacy and also provide added shade to this space. The East facing deck affords residents varying views of the site and beyond while outdoors, through most weather conditions that were taken into account.
