Regeneration House

Regeneration House, Wye River (04/2016 - Designed)

This design was for a new 2 storey residence including open Living/ Dining/ Kitchen, 2 Bedrooms, Bathroom, Powder and associated decking at Level One with Bunks/Rumpus, Bathroom and Store at Ground Level on a coastal treed site.  There is a steep embankment below the driveway at the street frontage and a narrow gully beyond the site which affords ocean views to the South-East.
