House on The Edge, Lorne (02/2012 - Designed)

Designed for a new modern and contemporary 2-3 level residential dwelling on a steep sloping North-East facing treed site.  The design maximized the potential for Ocean views towards Eastern View and Aireys Inlet lighthouse with distant views towards Point Roadknight and Point Addis. The design incorporated solar passive design principles.
